Shaibu Cassim will take charge as centre referee when FCB Nyasa Big Bullets host Ekhaya FC in Sunday afternoon’s TNM Super League clash at Mpira Stadium.
With Bullets chasing a return to the top of the standings and Ekhaya aiming to climb higher in their debut season, this encounter promises a fiercely contested match. Both teams will be looking to secure crucial points as the league enters its final stages, making the role of the match officials particularly important.
Referee: Shaibu Cassim
Cassim will oversee a Bullets match for the second time this season. He previously served as fourth official when Bullets defeated Dedza Dynamos 3-0 at Kamuzu Stadium in September. This will be his first assignment as centre referee in a Bullets match since returning to SULOM duty following a six-month suspension after the controversial fixture against MAFCO last year.
Assistant Referee 1: Happiness Mbandambanda

M’mangisa returns on duty for a game involving The People’s Team, this time in a TNM Super League match. His first assignment in a Bullets fixture was during the FDH Bank Cup quarterfinals, when Bullets defeated The Boyz 3-0 in September.
Fourth Official: Eness Gumbo
Gumbo, who has previously handled several Bullets matches as both a centre referee and fourth official, will be involved in her first Bullets match this season and her second overall, having refereed Bullets Women vs MDF Lioness at Mpira Stadium a week ago.
Match Assessor: Hastings Ntutha
Ntutha will assess his Bullets match for the fourth time this campaign, having previously evaluated the 7-0 win over Songwe Border United in April, the 2-0 win over Mighty Tigers in June, and the 2-1 victory over The Bankers in October.
