The officiating team for FCB Nyasa Big Bullets’ FDH Bank Premiership fixture against Goshen City Dedza Dynamos at Dedza Stadium has been confirmed.
Saturday’s encounter will be handled by referee Jimmy Phiri as The People’s Team look to return to winning ways in the league.
Phiri returns to a Bullets fixture for the first time since June 2024, while the rest of the officiating team also bring previous experience of handling matches involving The People’s Team.

Phiri returns to the centre for his first Bullets appointment of the 2026/27 campaign after last serving as fourth official during the goalless draw against Kamuzu Barracks at Civo Stadium on 29 June 2024.
The experienced referee was not appointed to any Bullets fixture last season but returns this weekend for his first involvement with The People’s Team in two years.
Phiri officiated six FDH Bank Premiership matches this season before this weekend’s assignment and finished last season with the highest number of yellow cards in the league, issuing 49 cautions and two red cards across 11 matches.
Yohane Chiutika, Assistant Referee 1
Chiutika returns for his third Bullets appointment in all competitions this season after previously serving as second assistant referee during the 1-1 league draw away to Blue Eagles in May and the Airtel Top 8 quarterfinal first leg against Ekhaya FC in June.
The experienced assistant has received eight league appointments this season and continues to feature regularly in matches involving The People’s Team.
Innocent Jaha, Assistant Referee 2
Jaha returns for his third Bullets appointment since 2023 after previously serving during the home fixture against Ekwendeni Hammers and the 1-1 league draw away to Saturday’s opponents in 2024.
Saturday’s assignment marks his third league appointment of the current campaign as he continues to build his experience at top-flight level.
Mussa Ibrahim, Fourth Official
Ibrahim returns for his second Bullets appointment after serving as fourth official during the 1-1 league draw away to Blue Eagles in May.
The official has accumulated seven league appointments this season across roles as referee and fourth official, with Saturday’s fixture adding another important assignment involving The People’s Team.
Verson Lwanja, Match Assessor
Lwanja returns for his second Bullets appointment after assessing the officiating team during last season’s league fixture against Creck Sporting Club.
The experienced assessor has overseen six FDH Bank Premiership matches this season and returns for another Bullets assignment at Dedza Stadium.
