Bullets Reserves powered to their fourth consecutive SRFA FINCA Region Division One League victory with a ruthless 7-1 demolition of Zingwangwa United at Kamuzu Stadium.
The seven-goal display represented the young Bullets’ biggest league win of the campaign, surpassing the 6-1 victory over Mwanza United in June.
Henry Kabichi’s side dominated proceedings and delivered another clinical attacking performance to extend their winning streak and continue their rise up the standings.

Under-19
Our Under-19 side maintained their unbeaten start to the 2026 FCB Katswiri Under-19 League despite being denied victory by a late Soche Madrid equaliser in Sunday morning’s 1-1 draw at Mpira Stadium.
Hassan Madula broke the deadlock shortly after the interval, but Soche struck with the final kick of the contest to prevent Yamikani Fodya’s side from recording a fifth successive win.
The result ended the young Bullets’ run of four consecutive clean sheets but kept them unbeaten after five league matches.
Bullets remain second in the standings with 13 points, level with leaders Ekhaya Youth, who occupy top spot on goal difference.

Bullets Women defender Bernadetta Mkandawire continued to impress at the 2026 TotalEnergies Women’s Africa Cup of Nations as Malawi maintained their perfect start with victories over Nigeria and Egypt.
The wing-back set up Temwa Chawinga’s stoppage-time winner as the Scorchers stunned Nigeria 3-2 in their opening Group C encounter on Tuesday.
Mkandawire was also instrumental in Malawi’s third goal during Saturday’s 3-1 triumph over Egypt, delivering an inviting cross that Faith Chimzimu headed goalwards before reacting quickest to convert the rebound.
She completed both matches, while Bullets Women midfielder Lyna James was an unused substitute against Egypt after joining the Malawi squad in Morocco.
Back-to-back victories moved the Scorchers to the top of Group C with six points from two matches.
