Mwayi Msungama will referee FCB Nyasa Big Bullets’ Matchweek 16 encounter against Blue Eagles at Mpira Stadium on Sunday.
He will be assisted by Joseph Nyauti and Mphatso Mmangisa, with Cedric Mwachumu serving as fourth official and Frederick Khoropa appointed match assessor.
Msungama returns for his third involvement with The People’s Team this term and his second as referee, while Nyauti, Mmangisa and Mwachumu have also previously handled Bullets fixtures this season.
Wedson Nyirenda’s side begin the second round sitting second in the standings with 30 points, one behind leaders Blue Eagles, after signing off the opening half of the campaign with a 5-0 victory over Silver Strikers.
Mwayi Msungama, Referee
Msungama returns to the middle for his second Bullets match of the campaign.
His first came against Masters FC, when The People’s Team recorded a 1-0 league victory.
He was later involved in our goalless meeting with Ekhaya at Mpira Stadium, serving as fourth official.
Msungama has received six league assignments before this weekend, taking charge of five matches and serving once as fourth official.
Sunday will be his seventh league assignment of the campaign, sixth in the centre and third involvement with Bullets this term.
Joseph Nyauti, Assistant Referee 1
Nyauti receives his second appointment involving The People’s Team this season.
His previous Bullets involvement came in the 1-1 draw with Moyale Barracks, when he served as second assistant referee.
Nyauti has made three league appearances this campaign, twice as first assistant referee and once as second assistant referee.
Sunday will be his fourth league assignment of the season and third as first assistant referee.
Mphatso Mmangisa, Assistant Referee 2
Mmangisa returns for his fourth Bullets appointment of the campaign.
He served as second assistant referee in our goalless meeting with Red Lions before performing the same role in the 1-0 victory over Masters.
His most recent involvement came in our final fixture of the first round, when The People’s Team defeated Silver Strikers 5-0 at Mpira Stadium.
All three of Mmangisa’s league assignments this season have come as second assistant referee.
Sunday will be his fourth league appearance of the campaign, all involving Bullets and all in the same role.
Cedric Mwachumu, Fourth Official
Mwachumu receives his third appointment involving The People’s Team this term.
He previously took charge of our league meetings with Red Lions and Moyale Barracks, which ended 0-0 and 1-1 respectively.
Mwachumu has received seven league assignments before this weekend, serving five times as referee and twice as fourth official.
His most recent appointment came in Matchweek 14, when he refereed Mighty Wanderers’ meeting with Red Lions at Mpira Stadium.
Sunday will be his eighth league assignment of the campaign and third as fourth official.
Frederick Khoropa, Match Assessor
Khoropa will be involved in a Bullets fixture for the first time this season.
He has received three league assignments before this weekend, assessing Red Lions’ matches against Goshen City Dedza Dynamos, Kamuzu Barracks and Masters.
His most recent appointment came in Matchweek 15 for the meeting between Red Lions and Masters at Zomba Stadium.
Sunday will be Khoropa’s fourth league assignment of the campaign and first involving The People’s Team.
