FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach Peter Mponda has announced his starting eleven for this afternoon’s FDH Bank Cup Round of 16 tie against The Boyz FC at Kamuzu Stadium.
Young defender Edward Thengo returns to the starting lineup, having previously featured for the senior team earlier this season.
The technical panel has made a few changes from the side that beat Songwe Border United 3-1 in our last outing three weeks ago.
Blessings Mpokera will captain the team in the absence of Frank Willard and Babatunde Adepoju, who both start from the bench.
Recent signing Aaron Chilipa, who rejoined The People’s Team on loan from Creck Sporting Club, has been named among the substitutes, alongside Austin Chirambo, a young goalkeeper stepping in for Richard Chimbamba.
Henry Chiwaya, who featured against Songwe, is not part of today’s matchday squad. Zambian Dominic Musonda is also not in the squad.
Kick-off is at 14:30 at Kamuzu Stadium.
