FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have launched a brand-new player interview series, Maule Talks, with striker Babatunde Adepoju featuring as the first guest.
The exclusive series, produced by the club’s media team, offers fans a deeper look into the lives, journeys, and personalities of The People’s Team stars — straight from the players themselves.
In the premiere episode, Babatunde reflects on his football journey, his time at Bullets, and what it means to have reached 100 appearances for the club. The Nigerian forward also opens up about his 59 goals in red, his connection with the fans, and his ambitions going forward.
One of the standout moments in the interview comes when Babatunde is asked whether he wishes he could represent Malawi at international level, having yet to earn a cap for Nigeria.
“It’s my wish because Malawi as a nation has given me a lot,” he says. “I’m a successful footballer in Malawi, so definitely I’d like to give back to the nation if an opportunity comes.”
Maule Talks is part of the club’s digital expansion strategy, aimed at bringing supporters closer to the players while showcasing the stories behind the matchday performances.
