Sunseed Group has renewed its water sponsorship with FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, extending the partnership for another year through its water brand, Refresh Water.
The signing ceremony took place on Friday morning at the Sunseed Group Headquarters in Lilongwe, where both parties gathered to celebrate the continued collaboration that supports the hydration and wellness of Malawi’s most decorated football club.
Speaking during the event, Sunseed Group CEO Mr. Sameer Ahmed said:
“It feels amazing to extend our partnership with The People’s Team. Since we entered into this collaboration with FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, we’ve seen a tremendous increase in brand visibility and product sales. The impact has been tangible, and this relationship is one of the most fruitful we’ve had. That’s why we’re excited to renew the agreement and continue growing together.”
Club CEO Albert Chigoga welcomed the renewal with appreciation, noting the importance of the partnership:
“We are very happy. It’s encouraging to hear how satisfied Sunseed is with our partnership—and that feeling is mutual. As a club, we consume a lot of water across our teams, and this sponsorship is a major boost. It provides significant savings on our budget and ensures that our players and staff stay well hydrated throughout the season. We’re grateful for this support and encourage all our fans to support Sunseed—not only Refresh Water but all their quality products.”
Under the renewed agreement, Refresh Water will be supplied to all four teams under the Bullets umbrella—First Team, Reserves, Bullets Women, and Under-19s—as well as the club’s technical and administrative staff.
