Babatunde Adepoju’s stunning strike in our 3-1 victory over Moyale Barracks in the FDH Bank Cup semi-finals has earned him the Precious Medical International Goal of the Month for August.
The Nigerian forward, currently our leading scorer in all competitions, showcased a moment of individual brilliance when he ran with the ball from his own half, dribbling into the box before expertly burying it home.
Other contenders included goals from Precious Phiri, Ephraim Kondowe, and Ronald Chitiyo, but Babatunde’s strike garnered 89 per cent of the votes on the club website.
