Bullets FDH Bank Cup Round-of-32 fixtures details revealed

The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has confirmed the date and venues for Nyasa Big Bullets’ FDH Bank Cup round-of-32.

Both the senior team and the reserves reached the last 32 of the competition and will be in action on the same day but in different venues.

Kalisto Pasuwa’s side will face Sable Farming away at Mulanje Park while Enos Chatama’s boys will be away to Mighty Tigers at the Mpira Stadium.

The two sides will be hoping to progress to the quarterfinals and it will be the second time in a row for the first team after defeating our juniors on penalties at the same stage last year.

Pasuwa’s men went on to beat Mighty Tigers 2-0 in the round-of-16, but their journey ended in Lilongwe when they lost 4-2 on penalties to Silver Strikers, who clinched the trophy in the inaugural season.

The first team regrouped on Monday to start preparations for Sunday’s tie while the reserve will resume training on Tuesday after defeating Zingwangwa United 3-1 to win their second successive Powerstart Tayale Cup at Mulanje Park on Sunday.
