Chikumbutso Salima has been crowned November Men’s HTD Player of the Month, following a series of standout performances that captured the attention of fans.
The dynamic FCB Nyasa Big Bullets winger topped the fan poll with an emphatic 59.26%, reflecting his decisive impact throughout a demanding month. This is Salima’s third Player of the Month award this season, having previously won in May and July.
Salima enjoyed an outstanding November, highlighted by a sensational hat-trick in the thrilling 4–3 victory over Civil Service United at Kamuzu Stadium. His goals came at crucial moments in a pulsating encounter, earning him the Player of the Match award.
He backed that display up with another decisive contribution in the 2–0 away win against Kamuzu Barracks in Lilongwe, opening the scoring and providing an assist. Once again, he was named Player of the Match, securing back-to-back awards and cementing his status as the standout performer of the month for The People’s Team.
In the final standings, Ephraim Kondowe finished second with 23.33%, Chawanangwa Gumbo placed third with 15.19%, and Babatunde Adepoju completed the shortlist with 2.22%.
