FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have made four changes to the side for this afternoon’s FDH Bank Premiership clash against Blue Eagles at Civo Stadium.
Head coach Gilbert Chirwa has recalled Yamikani Mologeni, Wongani Lungu, Madalitso Safuli and Hassan Kajoke as Maule look to return to winning ways in Lilongwe.
Chirwa has made four changes to the team that started last Sunday’s goalless draw against Red Lions in Mwanza, with captain Blessings Mpokera, midfielders Yankho Singo and Misheck Billiat, as well as forward Ephraim Kondowe, dropping to the bench.
The quartet have been replaced by Mologeni, Lungu, Safuli and Kajoke respectively.
Mologeni, Lungu and Safuli all made second-half appearances in our previous encounter against Red Lions in Mwanza.
Paul Master will captain Maule at Civo Stadium with club captain Blessings Mpokera and vice-captains Yankho Singo and Chawanangwa Gumbo all named among the substitutes.
Maxwell Phodo remains unavailable for selection as he serves the second and final match of his suspension following the red card he received against Mighty Wanderers two weeks ago.
Innocent Nyasulu starts in goal behind a back four of Yamikani Mologeni, Emmanuel Kaunga, Andrew Jovinala and Aaron Chilipa.
Master anchors the midfield alongside Lungu and Safuli, with Peter Banda, Clever Kalambo and Hassan Kajoke leading the attack.
Pilirani Mapira, Blessings Mpokera, Prince Chiumia, Yankho Singo, Chawanangwa Gumbo, Mike Mkwate, George Chaomba, Misheck Billiat and Ephraim Kondowe are named among the substitutes.
