Six FCB Nyasa Big Bullets are in the Malawi squad for the forthcoming COSAFA Cup games scheduled for 5-16 July in Durban, South Africa.
Four among the six, Alick Lungu, Lanjesi Nkhoma, Patrick Mwaungulu and Frank Willard are from the first team while the other two, Chrispin Mapemba and Austin Chirambo have been called into coach Patrick Mabedi’s Flames team from our reserves side.
Malawi left for South Africa on Tuesday and will kickstart their Group B campaign in the 22nd edition of the COSAFA Cup on 6 July with a match against Zambia at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
48 hours after the showdown against The Chipolopolo Boys, the Flames will face Seychelles at the same venue and will wrap up the group stages on 11 July against Comoros at the Chatsworth Stadium.
