The inaugural Southern Region Women’s Football Association (SRWFA) Mayor’s Bonanza has been postponed, with a revised schedule to be communicated in due course.
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Women will no longer face Chilomoni Ladies on Sunday, 23 August, following the postponement of the eight-team knockout competition.
The Mayor’s Bonanza had been due to get underway on Saturday, 22 August, with Bullets’ opening-round fixture scheduled for the following day.
Organisers have confirmed the postponement and will communicate a revised programme in due course.
Bullets Women will now await confirmation of a new date for their opening-round fixture against Chilomoni Ladies.
The two sides were paired in Match 3, with the winner set to progress to the second semi-final and face either Ekhaya or Emmanuel Bullets.
