Billiat named November HTD Reserves Player of the Month

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Reserves midfielder Misheck Billiat has been named HTD Player of the Month for November, after being recognized by the Reserves technical panel and teammates as the squad’s standout performer.

Billiat appeared in all six matches played by the Bullets Reserves, registering five goal contributions, a standout return during a demanding month of fixtures.

His most eye-catching display came against Liberty FC, where he was introduced in the second half and completely changed the complexion of the match. Billiat produced two assists and scored a goal, inspiring Bullets to a commanding 5–0 victory and showcasing his creativity, vision, and composure in the final third.

The midfielder was also instrumental away to Mwanza Stars, providing the equalising assist for Enos Henderman to rescue a 1–1 draw. His set-piece delivery remained a major weapon, supplying a perfectly weighted free kick against Chilobwe United that allowed Hadji Steven to head home the opener in another 1–1 stalemate.

Throughout November, Billiat’s consistency, work rate, and influence were evident, often dictating play from midfield and driving the team forward during crucial moments. His ability to impact games both from the start and off the bench proved vital as the Reserves collected 10 points from a possible 18.

At the end of November, Heston Munthali’s boys were fourth on the table with 49 points from 27 matches, with Billiat’s form a key factor in keeping the team competitive at the top of the standings.

In addition to his club exploits, Billiat has been named in the Malawi U-20 provisional squad, currently in camp for the first phase of preparations ahead of the 2026 African Union Sports Council Region 5 Youth Tournament.

Congratulations to Misheck on being named November HTD Reserves Player of the Month!
