All roads lead to Kamuzu Stadium this Sunday as FCB Nyasa Big Bullets host defending champions Silver Strikers in a blockbuster TNM Super League fixture.
With the 12,600-seater Kamuzu expected to be packed to the rafters, The People’s Team is calling on Maule to come in large numbers, enjoy the action, and do so in a safe and disciplined environment.
Safety First at Kamuzu
Speaking to the media on Thursday, the club’s Commercial Manager and Matchday Coordinator, Kevin Moyo, assured supporters that safety remains the club’s top priority on matchday.
“We have put strong measures in place to make sure every fan can enjoy the game in a secure and welcoming atmosphere,” he said.
“To maintain order, glass bottles will not be allowed inside Kamuzu Stadium. Supporters are encouraged to use plastic and other safe, non-glass drinking materials. We also urge Maule to buy tickets in advance to avoid congestion.”
Moyo further reminded fans that gates will open from 9:00am and appealed for discipline, stressing that unsporting behaviour has previously cost the club through fines.
Discipline and Responsibility
Bullets National Executive Committee Supporters’ Chairperson, Stone Mwamadi, echoed the message, assuring families that security has been reinforced ahead of the big clash.
“This is a family event. Bring your children, bring your families, and let’s watch the game peacefully. Security is guaranteed, and we must accept any result with pride and respect, because that is part of football,” he said.

NEC Supporters’ General Secretary, Archibald Kasakura, added that pitch invasions should not be tolerated. “We are reminding all Maule to remain in their seats before, during and after the match. Let’s channel all our energy into supporting the team from the stands.”
