Malawi will play the first leg away in Bissau on 7 February, before returning home for the second leg at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe on 14 February.
The call-ups reflect the players’ strong performances in the NBM Women’s Premiership this season.
Forward Vanessa Issa has scored five goals, ranking as the team’s second top scorer in the league this campaign. Midfielder Mulenzo has contributed two goals and delivered key performances in the centre of the park.
