Club Statement: Condemnation of Unsporting Behaviour

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets vehemently condemns the unsporting behaviour displayed by some fans at Kamuzu Stadium on Sunday, 8 February 2026, during our Castel Challenge Cup semifinal against Mzuzu City Hammers. Such actions are completely unacceptable and violate the values of fair play, respect, and sportsmanship that define our club.

The Club has worked—and continues to work—tirelessly to ensure that fair play is observed and to maintain a safe, family-friendly environment at all our football matches.

Football is a unifying sport, and any behaviour that endangers, disrespects, or threatens the safety of others has no place in our stadiums.

We are conducting a thorough internal investigation and reviewing all available footage of the incidents. FCB Nyasa Big Bullets will cooperate fully with the Football Association of Malawi, security agencies, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure that those responsible are held accountable.

All individuals involved will face strict consequences under the laws of the game, and we will let due process take its course.

The Club will not tolerate any conduct that tarnishes the name of FCB Nyasa Big Bullets or brings the game of football into disrepute. We remain unwavering in upholding the highest standards of sportsmanship and call on all supporters to respect these principles.
