The Board of Nyasa Big Bullets has appointed Mr. Suzgo Nyirenda as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective 1 May 2021.
Suzgo has worked as General Secretary for the Football Association of Malawi (FAM) and more recently as Deputy General Secretary for the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA). We believe that Suzgo is the right choice because of his expertise and experience.
We trust that he will bring robust and innovative ideas to steer the Club towards the strategic direction of commercialisation and effective club administration. Academically, Suzgo holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from University of Malawi.
The Board extends its profound appreciation to Mr. Escort Chinula (Former CEO) for the great zeal demonstrated throughout the time he has been working as the Club CEO.
The board also thanks the management, technical officials, players, supporters and all the partners for working tirelessly with the common purpose of making the Club a force to be reckoned with. Furthermore, the board is calling upon the management, supporters, team officials, players and the partners to render support to the new CEO as was the case with the former CEO.
We congratulate Suzgo as he embarks on the new challenge of steering the Club towards commercial and sporting successes.
