Precious Sambani’s exquisite volley in our home match against Ekwendeni Hammers has been voted the Precious Medical International Goal of the Month for December.
Easy on the eye but difficult in execution was the captain’s strike; he chests down a pass from Lanjesi Nkhoma and on the bounce whacks the ball into the net from outside the area, leaving the goalie rooted in his spot to make it 4-0 for FCB Nyasa Big Bullets in the Castel Challenge Cup quarter-final tie.
The left-back has a great collection of volleys and this one against the Hammers is truly the item the collector would be looking for.
We had four other four marvellous strikes on the nomination list for the award but it was our captain’s effort against the Hammers that turned out to be the winner.
