Nyasa Big Bullets Women will continue their FAM Women’s Football Southern Region League title defence with a replay of the abandoned away fixture to Evirom at BAT Ground on Sunday afternoon.
The game has been rescheduled following its abandonment on 7 September after Evirom failed to present their cards which led to the immediate cancellation at recess.
By the time of the desert, our women were leading 11-0 and we will be looking to start with the same tempo as last month.
Bullets Women will go into Sunday’s tie with a 29-goal and 13-point advantage over the pointless and goalless Evirom after both playing six games.
Coming from a 2-0 win over Ndirande Soccer Giants last Sunday, our women sit second on the log table and will be travelling to BAT eyeing all points to go top of the standings, currently held by Ntopwa.
