Nyasa Big Bullets Women cruised to an easy win against Mangochi Women Select, hammering 13 goals against the dazed side in a friendly match played at Chingwenya Upper Stadium on Sunday.

Bullets were 6 up by half time with Grace Yotam and Fauza Mohammad bagging a brace each and Tendai Sani and Shira Dimba scoring a goal each.

Fauza Mohammad completed a hat trick with another goal while Tendai Sani completed a brace in the second half before both were subbed.

In the final half, Bullets introduced Caro Majamanda, Dorothy Ntapo, Carol Mlezo, Linda Nyangu and Aminatta Yusuf replacing Mohammad, Sani, Yotam, Dimba and Thoko Mwase.

The substitutions breathed more life into the game with Zainab Kapanda, Majaganda and Mlezo completing the onslaught to make it 13-0.

Despite the win, Bullets Women’s assistant coach, Charles Lubani, said the team could have done even better by scoring more goals after they missed a number of chances.

“We have seen what our problems are and there were so many missed chances. We had 30-35 shots, but we only have 13 goals, we really need to work on that.”
