Bullets drawn against Creck in Sapitwa 4 bonanza

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets are set to clash with Crerk Sporting Club on the first day of the Sapitwa 4 Season Three bonanza scheduled to take place this weekend at Mulanje Park.

The two-day competition, scheduled for 22 to 23 March, will see four teams vying for the ultimate prize in readiness for the new season, which kicks off on March 29 with the NBS Bank Charity Shield clash between Silver Strikers and Mighty Wanderers.

A draw conducted on Monday night paired Bullets against the Lilongwe-based side, while Mighty Tigers were drawn against TNM Super League newcomers, Ekhaya FC.

The event comes at an opportune moment for Bullets, who are eager to regroup following our 2-1 loss to Kamuzu Barracks in a pre-season friendly played last Sunday at Champions Stadium in Mponela.

Facing Creck, Peter Mponda’s men will look to address some of their weaknesses and improve their form ahead of another trip to the Central Region to face Blue Eagles in another friendly encounter before kicking off the TNM Super League campaign next month.

The winner of the Bullets vs. Creck encounter will advance to Sunday’s final, where they will face the winner of the Mighty Tigers vs. Ekhaya FC tie.

Bullets will travel to Mulanje Park missing several key first-team players, as they will be in Tunisia fulfilling Malawi national team duties in the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers.
