Pasuwa’s early team news for Moyale

Share

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach Kalisto Pasuwa has provided the latest update on his squad ahead of Saturday’s TNM Super League home fixture against Moyale Barracks at Kamuzu Stadium.

The People’s Team has the opportunity to maintain the unbeaten run at home and continue collecting full points as Pasuwa eyes his fifth consecutive title in his fifth season with Bullets.

Besides Precious Sambani, who is still working on his fitness levels having recovered from a hamstring injury, Maule have no fresh injuries coming from last weekend’s 0-1 victory away to Extreme FC in Lilongwe.

Pasuwa has received a boost in defensive positions as Gomezgani Chirwa and Clyde Senaji are fully fit and available for selection against the Lions of Kaning’ina.

The 2022 TNM Super League Player of the Season and Best Defender has been on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury that saw him missing our opening three league fixtures.

Said Pasuwa: “Gomezgani is now ready for selection. [But] as you know, he is coming from an injury and he needs to be given time, maybe 30 or 40 minutes [until he fully regains match fitness]”.

“And Senaji is also back,” the head coach confirmed the return of our Kenyan centre-half, who missed last Saturday’s match at Civo Stadium due to a thigh injury.

Bullets are currently second in the standings with seven points from three games and a win on Saturday will see Pasuwa’s men registering three wins and a draw.
