FCB Nyasa Big Bullets’ fixture against Creck Sporting Club in the TNM Super League has been rescheduled.
The match was slated for Wednesday, 28 August, at the Kamuzu Stadium, but on Sunday, the Super League of Malawi announced the change.
“The Super League of Malawi regrets to inform all stakeholders that the match between FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and CRECK Sporting Club, which was on Wednesday 28th August 2024, has been rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The new date for this encounter will be communicated in due course,” reads the statement SULOM issued.
Kalisto Pasuwa’s charges arrived in Malawi on Sunday from Lusaka where they lost 2-0 to Zambian champions Red Arrows to exit the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League with a 3-2 aggregate loss.
Before travelling to Lusaka, Bullets beat Moyale Barracks 3-1 to reach the final of the FDH Bank Cup last Wednesday.
The postponement of our league tie means Pasuwa’s men will now focus on the FDH Cup final against Blue Eagles in Lilongwe on Sunday.
