The Club invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, and results-driven football coaches for the position of Head Coach.
This is a senior technical appointment responsible for providing strategic leadership, performance oversight, and football development direction across all competitive teams of the Club.
Role Overview
The Head Coach will:
- Lead the First Team in all domestic and continental competitions.
- Provide technical leadership and performance oversight across the Reserves, Women, and Youth teams, ensuring alignment with the Club’s football philosophy.
- Implement a club-wide football philosophy aligned with modern CAF/FIFA standards.
- Establish clear player development pathways, performance benchmarks, and succession planning.
- Work closely with Club Management on player recruitment, talent identification, and long-term technical planning.
- Report to the Club Board through the Chief Executive Officer.
Minimum Requirements
- CAF A Coaching Licence (mandatory – applications without this qualification will not be considered).
- Proven experience coaching at senior competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of modern football tactics, training methodologies, and performance management.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
CAF Pro/UEFA equivalent qualifications and international experience will be an added advantage.
