Petro joins Civil Service United on loan

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets can confirm that Oscar Petro has joined Civil Service United on a season-long loan for the 2026/27 season.

The midfielder will spend the 2026/27 season in the Capital after the two clubs agreed terms for the 20-year-old’s temporary move.

Petro heads out on loan as part of his continued development, with the move expected to provide valuable first-team experience and regular competitive action at elite level.

He joins from our Reserves side, where he captained the team last season, guiding the squad to a third-place finish in the ThumbsUp Southern Region Football League.

Petro joined The People’s Team through our Reserves side in 2023, signing a five-year deal until 2028, and went on to make 13 appearances in his debut season.

The midfielder went on to feature in 24 matches in 2024 and 25 in 2025, registering three goals and three assists across that period overall.

Petro’s sole first-team involvement came in the FCB @30 celebratory match against Silver Strikers on June 29, 2025, where he made his senior debut as a second-half substitute.

Everyone at FCB Nyasa Big Bullets wishes Oscar Petro all the best during his time at Civil Service United.
