Nyasa Big Bullets players Ernest Kakhobwe, Gomegzani Chirwa and Chimwemwe Idana have been named in Malawi’s starting XI against Guinea this evening.

The match kicks off at 6:00 p.m. and Coach Meck Mwase, who is in charge in the absence of Mario Marinica, who is in isolation after testing positive for Covid-19, has settled for Kakhobwe in goals.
Malawi will play a 3-5-2 formation, with Chirwa forming part of the defense line and will be operating on the right alongside captain Limbikani Mzava in the middle and Dennis Chembezi on the left.
Idana, the 2020-21 TNM Super League Best Midfielder and Player of the Season, has been deployed in the middle of the park alongside John Banda and former Bullets attacker Peter Banda.
The Flames have four players on the bench after several members of the squad tested positive for Covid.
