FCB Nyasa Big Bullets defender Clyde Senaji has been called up by Kenya ahead of Tuesday’s 2026 World Cup qualifier against Ivory Coast.
The Harambee Stars will host the African champions at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe three days after they played out to a 1-1 draw with Burundi at the same venue on Friday.
Senaji has been given a late call up alongside Kenya Police winger David Okoth. It is the centre-half’s first national team call up after joining The People’s Team last season.
The Kenyan is the sixth Bullets player to be called for national duty during this FIFA International Match Calendar.
Innocent Nyasulu, Precious Sambani, Patrick Mwaungulu, Lanjesi Nkhoma and Lloyd Aaron are with Patrick Mabedi’s Malawi which beat São Tomé and PrÃncipe 3-1 in Lilongwe last Thursday and will be facing Equatorial Guinea away in Marabo on Monday.
